It has a warehouse with more than 10,000 spare parts from which customers receive their order within 24 hours. If the desired part or the required component is not among them, the experts from Schuler ensure in-house production thanks to extensive machinery and around-the-clock availability.
"The employees at our Service Centre have many years of experience and the highest level of technical know-how in the production and repair of new and spare parts," emphasised service managing director Torsten Petrick.
Bed milling, portal milling, turning and herringbone gearing machines as well as high-quality measuring and testing tools are used in production or repair.
Petrick added: "This enables us to respond quickly to our customers' needs and ensure maximum availability of their equipment."
By the way, this does not have to involve a Schuler press: The Service Centre also supplies high-precision components for lines from other manufacturers. These include, for example, pressure points, transfers, drive trains, eccentric wheels, slides, drawing cushions, hydraulic cylinders, or control blocks.
To ensure short distances, quality assurance, internal assembly and support processes are also housed in addition to mechanical production.
