Open Mind celebrates 10 per cent growth

Open Mind Technologies AG closed the financial year with growth of around 10 per cent.
This performance puts the manufacturer of CADCAM solutions again at the top of the list of the industry's fastest growing providers. The Open Mind Group, which has branch offices in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region, also recorded a double-digit increase in sales revenue in the 2005 financial year.
In the 2006 financial year, Open Mind Technologies AG achieved a total sales revenue of €15.5 million. This corresponds to a per capita turnover of more than €161,000 for each employee. "The basis for OPEN MIND's lasting success is our innovative, world-leading 5-axis technology and probably the widest range of 2D, 3D and 5-axis modules being offered in a single CAM solution with a very simple user interface," explains Werner Schwenkert, CEO of Open Mind Technologies AG. "I am delighted that our comprehensive product concept encompassing CAM and CAD solutions, plug-ins, interfaces and post-processors, which enable end-to-end production from design through to machine manufacture, is also reflected in our continually growing customer base."
