Armin Walther (pictured) joined the company in the middle of April and has been in the role since June.
After studying general engineering followed by a post graduate course in industrial engineering, Walther first worked in the field of plant engineering and chemical/biological process engineering. He has also been employed in managerial roles by global companies and world market leaders in the field of surface finishing and machine tools.
He will aim to drive the development of Handtmann A-Punkt Automation forward.
