Most would recommend Delcam, says customer survey

In a recent survey of Delcam’s UK customers, more than 70 per cent of respondents replied that they would definitely recommend other companies to buy CADCAM systems from Delcam.

A further 20 per cent said that they would probably recommend buying from Delcam, while less than 1 per cent rated the service from the company as either poor or unsatisfactory. The highest praise went to Delcam’s Help Desk, which provides telephone support to users.- 60 per cent of respondents rated its service as excellent, with over 30 per cent more giving a good rating. Almost 95 per cent marked the helpfulness and competence of the staff as either excellent or good. Similar results were given for the company’s installation service. The quality of work was also rated as excellent or good by more than 90 per cent of customers, with no replies indicating that the work was either poor or unsatisfactory. The training team was close behind, with 89 per cent ranking the department as excellent or good. “The results of the survey are extremely encouraging,” commented Delcam UK managing director, Clive Martell. “We have one of the largest and most experienced support teams in the UK CADCAM industry, and this survey has confirmed how highly these services are valued by our customers.”
