The firm, which is the sole UK and Eire agent for the Meister Abrasives Corporation, an international manufacturer of high precision industrial abrasive products, has been busy setting up a new showroom at its Daventry location for demonstrating precision grinding products including abrasives, dressers, and Micromatic grinding machines.
The showroom machine is set up with a coolant application nozzle system by Cool-Grind Technologies, providing accurate coolant flow and pressure to the process. This gives visitors the opportunity to see Grind-Loc nozzles in action and understand how they can help to achieve optimum performance from grinding processes.
Q8Oils has worked with Master Abrasives to supply the suitable oils and cutting fluid for the eco 200 U demonstration machine. The team of technical experts has provided products to improve the operational efficiency and optimise the production process.
Says Martin Stevens, technical sales representative for grinding machines and precision products: “Having the eco 200 installed at our showroom facility will be a great aid in showing customers the capabilities of Micromatic machines.
“Demonstrations of the eco 200 can be arranged on request and we already have many interested customers who have scheduled their visit to see the machine.”
