MACH 2014 - Measurement for flat parts in an instant, with Vision Engineering’s Xpress
Vision Engineering will demonstrate its new Xpress, instant measurement system at MACH 2014, as well showing updates to its range of stereo inspection microscopes and measurement systems (Stand 5602, Hall 5).
Impressively fast, the Xpress makes an easy job of dimensional measurement of flat parts, with its 'place and press' functionality. No focusing is necessary; the Xpress automatically focuses on components to be measured.
With "effortless programming", the Xpress is not only quick but easy to use, offering flat component measurement for parts such as washers, gaskets, O-rings, aluminium extrusions and other pressed metal parts.
With pattern search for auto location and orientation, there is no need to position the part, either, making it ideal for measurement taken by various operators. Visitors are asked to bring a component o they can see for themselves.
