Horn UK becomes Horn Cutting Tools Ltd

The major change is that the Ringwood, Hampshire-based company is now registered in the UK as a Limited company. Horn Cutting Tools Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Horn SA, Luxemburg, an organisation that has subsidiary businesses in Germany, France, North America, Hungary and Belgium. The company is a world leader in grooving, groove milling, thread milling and part-off tooling technology. Horn has been represented in the UK for some time. It established Horn UK as a sales office in 1995. That business has grown year-on-year into a multi-million pound turnover sales, manufacturing and product support organisation in its own right. UK growth last year was 11 per cent; 22 per cent for the Horn group worldwide.
