The underlying agreement was signed by the Hoffmann SE representing the Hoffmann Group, and Iscar Ltd. in March 2023.
SCAR Ltd. headquartered in Tefen, Israel is part of the IMC GROUP and an established leading manufacturer in the global metal cutting tools market.
