Steven Howes (pictured) joins ETG with more than 15 years’ experience as a CNC machine tool engineer and team leader. Before joining ETG he was employed by Thomas Brown Engineering, a sub-contract machine shop based in Huddersfield.
He will be based at the group headquarters in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire, and will have responsibility for the North England region.
Says Howes: “I am looking forward to working with the high performance machines that ETG supplies to their customers. They are a great team to work for – very highly regarded in the industry, and I am looking forward to the challenges this new role will offer me.”
ETG managing director Martin Doyle, adds: “We are delighted to welcome Steven. He joins ETG at a time when we are expanding our technical team to deliver greater value-added systems for our many UK and Ireland customers. He will be a valuable asset.”
