Organised by B2B publisher MA Business, the British Engineering Excellence Awards are the benchmark for engineering design. AESSEAL was commended for its work in encouraging interest in engineering and promoting the uptake in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, mathematics) subjects. On receiving the Grand Prix award, organisers referenced AESSEAL’s commitment to promoting engineering to the wider community since 2002, and the fact the company had contact with 2,250 students in 2017 alone.
Luke Webster, publishing director of awards organiser MA Business, says: “Once again, the BEEAs attracted a host of impressive entries from brilliant British innovators. Through every category, the judges were deeply impressed by the quality of engineering put forward and the talent behind it. I congratulate all those entrants that were shortlisted and, of course, the winners.”
The BEEAs are the latest of 10 award wins for AESSEAL in 2018, with the most recent being named as the first ‘Business of Trust Champion’ at the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards.
