This year's show had nearly 26,000 visitors, 25% of which were international, and 917 exhibitors.
Growing sectors include, for example, vision and image processing systems, as well as sensor technology and fully automated, robot-aided test and inspection technology.
Next year marks the 30th Control show since it began in 1987.
