The L. S. Starrett Company will be launching a new range of Force Measurement Systems at Mach 2012 - Stand

Available in four load capacities, these universal testing systems are ideal for general purpose force testing, demanding high volume production testing, and exacting quality control testing. Each machine consists of a single column electro mechanical testing frame, combined with our L2 series digital controller and a Starrett load cell sensor.

Starrett force measurement systems are the solution for tensile, compression, flexural, coefficient of friction and cyclic testing to a huge range of international testing standards. Also available to view at Mach will be our optical profile projectors, video measuring systems, and precision hand tools, including the new SR100 and SR200 surface roughness testers. SR100 and SR200 are portable, high spec surface roughness testers, capable of checking large components and structures, auditing production prior to shipment, and production line process control. Having a large measuring capacity, the VB400 Optical Profile Projector has the versatility to be at home in many differing working environments: ideal for high volume or low batch production or on routine component sampling, perfect for the general purpose tool room. In fact the VB400 can be found wherever there is the need to verify and measure complex shapes, hole patterns etc., and where accuracy, ease of use and speed are of the essence. Designed with unique surface illumination options, the VB400 can be configured to match exact measuring requirements. A massive range of digital readout options from Metlogix and Quadra Chek complement the projectors, giving the operator a huge range of options to tailor the measurement options to suit their own requirements.
