Vollmer Loroch Evolution K850-M saw blade grinder is economical

The Loroch Evolution K850-M for the processing of metalcutting saw blades from Vollmer is designed as an economical machine for small- to medium-sized customers. It incorporates a newly developed CNC control unit with 19-in touchscreen and Vollmer says that blades can now be programmed in a matter of minutes, with data entry performed directly on the colour display that boasts smartphone-inspired symbols.

Saw blades from 130 to 520 mm diameter can be loaded automatically to the arbor in random order to suit production demands, while manual loading will accommodate blades up to 850 mm diameter.

The Evolution K850-M can create a tooth pitch from 1 to 40 mm with a maximum tooth height of 17 mm and a maximum number of teeth from 2 to 998. Blades up to 8 mm thick can be processed, while the automation system can hold up to 40 saw blades for unmanned processing.
