Vices designed specifically for 5-axis machining

MC vices offer free access to the workpiece for complete machining on all sides, in a single set-up. 5-axis designs include: standard mechanical; standard hydraulic; concentric; zero point changing systems; and other clamping systems commonly found in the marketplace. Clamping forces reach 40 kN with the SCS 120 range and 35 kN on the MC 125 range. Vices come in a choice of jaw widths 60 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm and 125 mm, with base lengths to suit the requirements of 5-axis tables. Special and standard jaws are available.
