Trumpf TruMark Station 3000 pitched at medium batch sizes

The TruMark Station 3000 extends the portfolio of marking workstations already available from Trumpf – the 1000, 5000 and 7000 – and is pitched at users with small and medium-sized production runs who need to ensure traceability, says the company.

Featuring laser safety class 1 to maximise user protection, the TruMark Station 3000 can accept components up to 350 by 450 by 200 mm in size and weighing a maximum of 12 kg.

If necessary, the transfer flaps installed at the sides of the case can be removed to let the user integrate the workstation into an assembly line, or to employ it for marking larger components.

A motorised Z-axis, which can be software-controlled, makes for convenient positioning of the components. In addition, the focal position of the laser can be adjusted to comply with requirements. As an option, the workstation is also available with a rotary axis
