The CV-400AAT Micro Vickers hardness bench-tester is designed for the rapid accurate testing of, amongst other materials steels, non-ferrous metals, IC wafer, thin plastics and metal foils.
The advanced, rotating turret digital machine boasts automatic load control and turret action.
Results can be quickly measured using the unit’s built-in microscope with total magnification of X150 (observational) and X600 (measurement).
Aiding traceability, if required, the tester’s integrated high-speed thermal printer is able to generate hard copy of measured results.
The flexible CV-400AAT can easily be operator configured to accommodate most Micro Vickers testing situations. Among its many variable parameters the new unit boasts eight Micro Vickers scales and eight test load settings, with adjustable incremental load duration times, ranging from 5 – 60 sec.
