WNT MiniMill features inserts with three cutting edges to give optimum productivity when milling grooves, slots, threadmilling or simply chamfering and deburring.
The precision ground inserts combined with the positive and precise insert location ensures optimum stability, maximum power transmission and high cutter accuracy. Supporting these inserts is a range of cutter bodies suitable for producing machined features in bores as small as 9.7 mm.
These bodies also come in three styles relating to the length or extension that can be achieved, these being extra short, short and vibration damped. The latter is a combination of a solid carbide body and a steel head, and is available to give a reach of between 21 mm and 85 mm, dependant on the cutter diameter selected.
