Hainbuch Magnet Module chuck suits complex or thin-wall parts

Hainbuch’s Magnet Module workholding chuck is designed for the processing of complex components or thin-walled parts. Based on neodymium high strength magnets with a holding force of up to 140 N/cm², Magnet Modules are compatible with standard Hainbuch chucks, such as the ToPlus and SpannTop systems. Featuring just a single screw that activates the magnet, Magnet Modules provide ease of use and fast clamping/unclamping times.

Suitable for use with Hainbuch’s 'pull-back' clamping devices, Magnet Modules can be set up on a machine tool in under than 30 seconds, says the company. Furthermore, a lifting eye bolt enables the module to be manoeuvred easily into the work envelope of the machine. Magnet Modules are said to deliver a positional changeover accuracy of 2 micron.
