The EMS 400 features integral X-Y tables that allow more precise marking for items up to 600 by 600 mm, with alignment better than 0.025 mm. Added to this is the ability to enable four axes of motion control: X, Y, Z and rotary. Axis control is managed through ScribaEvo, Electrox's next generation graphical design and laser programming software, which was launched earlier this year.
To complement the EMS 400, Electrox has also introduced the EMS 150, a smaller desktop workstation that fills a gap in the range for an entry-level unit with a rotary axis. The EMS series now comprises five models in total.
