This 25 mm (maximum capacity in steel) machine features a headstock that has been machined to precisely match the quill housing and thus eliminate any movement, even at full quill extension. Furthermore, a surface ground column makes for smooth and light table height adjustment, says the company.
The machine features a 1.5 kW brushless DC motor with an electronic variable speed control. Further functionality includes a three-speed belt drive, an electrically interlocked chuck guard and belt drive, LED lighting and a built-in coolant system.
