AluLine is offered in diameters ranging from 2 to 25 mm, with a variety of flute and length configurations, all available as standard products with Team Cutting Tools’ guarantee of next-morning delivery for any cutter ordered prior to 18:30 the previous day.
The performance of AluLine is enhanced through use of Ceratizit’s wear-resistant DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), which provides up to 80% of the hardness of natural diamond to protect against built-up edges or abrasive alloy accretions. Where the application demands it, uncoated cutters are also available across much of the range as standard. Further enhancing customer choice is a variety of flute geometries in variable-depth flutes, polished flutes and flute lengths.
