Wayne Beadle joins as regional sales for the North East, Jamie Brighton has been appointed as technical sales enginees for the Midlands, and Paul Wallace joins as regional sales manager for the South East.
Ward CNC’s executive director Stephen Bodsworth, said: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Wayne, Jamie and Paul to the team. These appointments represent a very exciting time not only for Ward CNC, but also for our customer base.”
He added: “Our new colleagues will each individually build upon our experienced sales operation by enhancing customer relationships across their respective regions and highlighting our compelling value proposition.”
Wayne Beadle: Regional Sales Manager – North East
With over 33 years’ experience in manufacturing and production engineering across a full spectrum of manufacturing methods, tooling, machine tools and support mechanisms.
Wayne said of his appointment: “I am delighted to be joining Ward CNC as it presents a great opportunity for myself to utilise the vast levels of resources that the company has accumulated during its rich history in terms of stock accessibility, showroom facilities and technical and service back-up.”

Jamie Brighton: Technical Sales Engineer - Midlands
Jamie joins Ward CNC following 11 years of industry experience after graduating from Birmingham City University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Speaking of his role which is primarily focussed on machine sales and new business development around our Redditch showroom and Midlands region. Jamie said: “I am excited to begin my role as Technical Sales Engineer at an established organisation such as Ward CNC.”
“There is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with customers to help them gain maximum returns from their investments and I am looking to a positive future ahead for the machine tool industry.”
Paul Wallace: Regional Sales Manager – South East
With over 35 years’ experience in selling CNC Machine Tools, Paul brings with him a proven track record in a variety of market sectors, including the pump industry, aerospace, medical and automotive having previously completed his HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering and four-year apprenticeship in Marine Ship Repairs and General Engineering.
Speaking of his appointment, Paul remarked: “I am extremely proud to be joining Ward CNC. They are a company with an established history who I have always held in high regard and their portfolio of machines including Hyundai-Wia, Hartford, Soraluce, Takisawa & Hankook offers a solution to a variety of production needs and budgets.
I am looking forward to utilising my industry experience and working with customers both new and old to build relationships and showcase the extensive product mix and after sales support that we can provide from our Sheffield & Redditch showrooms and facilities.”
Discussing the new additions to the sales team, Ward CNC’s managing director Simon Whitworth commented: “We are delighted to appoint such high calibre individuals with experience from a variety of our core sectors to the team.
