New Rocol metalworking fluid set to benefit NHS as well as industry

Lubricants specialist Rocol will be donating 5% from sales of its new, high performance semi-synthetic cutting fluid, Ultracut 370 EP, to NHS Charities Together for the remainder of 2020, the company has confirmed.

Launched this month, Ultracut 370 EP has been formulated for use on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its ‘two in one’ benefits enable users to select a single fluid for cutting and grinding operations, avoiding the need two separate fluids.

Ian Fenney, Rocol Metalworking Fluids Segment Specialist explains: “This product has been developed with our customers’ requirements at the forefront of our thinking. It eliminates the need for multiple barrels of fluid in the factory, delivers excellent value, and is suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminium. In addition, Ultracut 370 has been formulated to be low foaming. Given the increased use of high pressure through coolant in modern day CNC machines, this is a well needed bonus.
