The award is the second-highest endorsement a company can receive in the Best Companies survey, which measures workplace engagement. The survey powers the ‘Best Companies to Work for’ list published by The Sunday Times.

As well as the ‘outstanding’ rating, MSC has been awarded a place in the ‘Top 75 Best Companies to Work for in the Midlands Region’.

‘Built to make you better’ is MSC’s goal to drive results for its customers through retooling, rethinking and optimising for a more productive tomorrow. Achieving this goal lies at the heart of its culture.
