Mollart to focus on BTA drilling expertise & subcontract production capability at MACH 2018

Mollart Engineering will be focusing on its sub-contract and expertise in BTA deep hole drilling technology at MACH 2018 following the setting up of its BTA Application Centre in the Chessington headquarters.

This capability is supported at the exhibition through its sub-contract precision machining operations that specialise in gun drilling, BTA deep hole drilling and multi-axis machining techniques and assembly.

Visitors to the stand will be able to discuss BTA drilling technology with the regional based ‘local’ specialists that are normally based in the South, Midlands, North of England and Scotland.

Mollart’s sub-contract capability involves multi-axis machining technology both at its 40,000 ft2 headquarters in Chessington and the 21,000 ft2 production facility in Resolven, South Wales. There are also welding and fabrication facilities taking up 10,000 ft2 plus precision assembly and test with the availability of an ISO7 (Class 10,000) environmental clean room facility in Resolven.
