Hoffmann Group - a leading system partner for quality tools, workstations and personal protective equipment, has boosted its offering with two new appointments.

With over 15 years of experience in product and category management at Cromwell, Alex Puszka (pictured) joins the team at Hoffmann Group UK as a key product manager.

With experience of managing national and own brand products worth in excess of £25 million, he brings with him a wealth of sector expertise with key experience in establishing strategic relationships with associations, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

In this new role, Puszka will be responsible for defining and implementing Hoffmann’s product and service strategy for the UK, as well as developing the supply chain requirements for the UK market.

As part of Hoffmann Group’s investment in the UK market, where the business was launched as a fully-owned subsidiary in 2019, the business is growing even further this year. Alongside his appointment, a new site services co-ordinator, Jordan Scott, also joins the growing team.

Puszka said: “After working in the industry for over 15 years, it’s great to bring some of my own expertise to Hoffmann Group and play an active role in the businesses UK division.

“With the changing landscape across the manufacturing sector, and both Brexit and COVID-19 continuing to impact business operations, my goal at Hoffmann is to provide all internal stakeholders and customers with a product portfolio that is suitable for the UK market, with an emphasis on strong customer service.

"I’m looking forward to building on Hoffmann Group UK’s reputation as a quality partner for any business in our field that is looking for the best products, high level service and most importantly, a steady supply of products.”

Tim Paddison, managing director at Hoffmann Group UK, commented: “With Alex’s extensive experience in defining and implementing product strategy at Cromwell, he was the perfect candidate to lead the positioning and development of Hoffmann Group UK’s core product assortment and pricing strategy.

“Despite a difficult 2020 for many companies in our sector, it’s great to welcome new hires to the business as we look ahead to supporting our clients post-Brexit and continuing to be the go-to solution for any manufacturing and tooling needs.”
