Aberlink expands - home and away
UK-based CMM manufacturer Aberlink has announced a new investment in South Korea and its intention to move to larger premises in the UK.
The company has set up a new subsidiary, Aberlink Korea, claiming that it is now one of the largest suppliers of CMMs to this marketplace. “South East Asia, in general, has proven to be an extremely lucrative area for Aberlink sales over the past 10 years, with South Korea in particular leading the way,” said Aberlink’s sales director, Gavin Bailey. “Our new, South Korean headquarters is strategically situated, and will provides first-class showroom, training and service facilities to our highly valued existing users and all future customers. “
The company is also soon to move to a new UK manufacturing facility, four times larger than its current site.
