TESA Multi-gage now with REFLEX
TESA Multi-gage is a portable, 6-axis gauge has a measuring volume of 1.2 m in diameter, is remarkably accurate, providing users with a flexible solution for dimensional inspection of parts on the shopfloor or directly on the machine.
The gage now employs the well known REFLEX control panel currently used in conjunction with more than 5,000 CMMs from TESA worldwide. This new combination allows fast and reliable measurements, due to the automatic recognition of every geometric element.
The possible visualisation of the measured form and shape, along with the results, gives full confidence to the operator throughout the measurement cycle. As it takes only a few hours to learn and use the TESA REFLEX, this application software provides unbeatable ease of use and user-friendliness. Its integration into a robust control panel ensures optimum portability of the gauge, whatever the conditions on the shopfloor.
Full mains-independence and mobility is assured through batteries. The measurement results can be stored on a USB flash drive for further data processing.
