Non-contact laser scanning head
Based on the Steintek White Light Scanning system, Wenzel now offers a fast and accurate method to scan aerofoil and fir tree root features without the need to worry about ball radius compensation.
The new scanning head can be used for nozzle guide vanes, strip seals, fan blades, turbine blades and blisks, as well as for orthopaedic implants, and can be used on a variety of materials and finishes.
The results are outputted graphically and can be fully tailored to individual requirements.
