Allen launches low-cost Nano laser coder range

Allen Coding Systems' versatile low-cost Nano F and Nano D YAG fibre laser code markers are designed for industrial applications for use on a wide range of hard-to-mark materials. The more compact Nano D offers all the features of the F model within a much smaller footprint. Both can be readily integrated into existing production processes and are programmable via a PC, handheld terminal or external touchscreen.

Optional Marca software enables the printing of permanent complex variable data, such as two dimensional codes, logos, symbols, high resolution images, serial numbers, individual data and graphics, onto both moving and stationary items, on an area measuring up to 200 mm². Laser technology has the ability to print on a wide variety of substrates from films and foils to metals and plastics, and is suitable for marking automotive parts, medical instruments and implants, electronic components and confectionery films. There is no need for consumables.
