P.J. Hare specialises in the design and manufacture of high speed hydraulic presses. Since the Company was founded in 1947 it has produced more than 15000 presses ranging in capacity from 1.5 to 80 tons. Hare presses can transform press shop productivity through quicker toolsetting, higher production rates, better plant utilisation, longer tool life, and consistent products. A wide range of standard models supplied with integral lightguards, conventional control guards or rotary indexing tables offer speed and versatility by exploiting the inherent advantages of hydraulic power. With its own Tooling Division the Company provides single source responsibility to customers requiring a complete press and tooling service.
