Description

Mollart Engineering, headquartered in Chessington, Surrey is a global specialist in deep hole drilling with 50% of its business in machine tools and half in subcontract production. With a high level of expertise and capability to produce holes from 0.5 mm dia x 50 mm deep to 80 mm dia x 3 m deep, added value subcontract machining services are performed at the 26,000 sq ft facility in Chessington and 14,000 sq ft Resolven site in South Wales.

In addition, tooling agencies from Botek and Ecoroll complement the Bencere deburring, recessing, back-facing and burnishing tools supplied from the wholly-owned subsidiary based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Mollart Engineering also provides a tooling development and refurbishing service.

Mollart engineering specialises in materials as diverse as plastics to titanium and high alloy steels and services the medical, automotive, telecoms, fluid power, oil and gas and defence industries with its highly developed skills in micro-machining, very close pitch, thin-wall and multiple hole drilling capability.
