  • Machtech UK offer a range of precision modular vices
Machtech UK is now offering a range of precision modular vices, with jaw widths of 100, 150 and 200 mm. Manufactured from high grade alloy steel, hardened and stabilised, the smaller 100 mm vice has an opening capacity of 100 mm, while the 150 and 200 mm vices are available with either 200 or 300 mm opening.

The modular vices, together with a budget range of machine vices, further enhance the product range available from Machtech. The impressive portfolio already includes Albrecht APC precision milling chucks, Huot CNC Tool Storage and Multirange Collets.

The Albrecht APC Milling Chuck offers accuracy, rigidity and vibration dampening technology, resulting in increased tool life and productivity. The APC system is available as standard on HSK, DIN69871, BT-MAS403 and Capto C6 back ends, with three chuck sizes covering a gripping range of 3-32 mm. The range is further enhanced with the addition of the AMC Micro Extension, which is similar in design and performance to the APC system, with a gripping range of 1-6 mm.

Huot Tool Storage boasts a range of tool towers, trolleys and bench stands for all popular CNC shanks, including HSK, BT, DIN, VDI and Capto.

Multirange Collets offer a comprehensive solution for holding round, hexagon and square bar. The DIN6343 standard collets have a gripping range of 2 mm, whilst the BS range is compatible with many of the lathe collet chucks on the market and have a 1/8 in gripping range.
