Self-loading, inverted spindle VTL from EMCO

Emco has launched a self-loading, inverted spindle VTL, the VT 250.

The machine's vital statistics are: 250 mm chuck diameter; 200 mm turning diameter; 150 mm part length; 4,000 rpm, 25 kW spindle with 280 Nm torque; 12 tools, all of which can be driven (8.5 kW).

The basic model, VT 250, is without driven tools and with belt-driven spindle; the VT 250M features driven tools and comes with a hollow spindle; and the 250 MY additionally features a Y-axis.
