Versatile thin sheet material processor

The Tipo C25 has been developed to process sheet materials from 1 to 25 mm with the facility to punch, mill, drill, countersink, tap, ream, mark and high definition plasma-cut, all in the one processing cycle.

This machine will suit the requirements of both the general fabricator and the structural steel specialist, say Ficep. Precision nesting can be done offline or on the machine with many different file formats such a dxf or dstv forming a complete nest of components. The ability to nest closely and part-within-part makes ensures full sheet utilisation. The nesting software can be manipulated to provide various choices of start points and cutting paths, simulate the cutting of the nest and provide data that can be used for monitoring times and estimating.
