Transparent, low viscosity EDM dielectric fluid

Sorepi LM provides many advantages to the cavity sinking electro-erosion sector. For ease of use the fluid is transparent, allowing operators to check visually the progress of the erosion process. It also features low viscosity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications as the cooling and flushing of waste material is extremely efficient in both roughing and finishing operations.

The use of isoparaffine raffinate in its formulation also reduces the loss of fluid due to evaporation; furthermore, it is VOC-free, making it extremely operator / environment friendly. Sorepi LM also has a high flash point of 110°C, which further reduces the risks associated with EDM machining.
