Walter Machines Chain Loader 300 supports unmanned production of large tooling

Teamed with the Helitronic Diamond and Helitronic Power Diamond tool grinders, Walter Machines UK's Chain Loader 300 enables unmanned production of tools up to 320 mm diameter and weighing 20 kg

Handling up to 20 tools of maximum size – or 35 tools of 160 mm diameter – the Chain Loader 300 permits the unmanned machining of heavyweight PCD, CBN, carbide and HSS tooling on the two-in-one Diamond and Power Diamond multi-axis grinders that combine erosion and grinding in a single machine.

A range of interfaces can be accommodated – including HSK 63 A, B, E and F – and maximum tool loading height is 650 mm.
