TAD enters UK bowl feeder market via TM Robotics

Feeding systems specialist, TAD, is entering the UK manufacturing equipment market with its range of vibratory feeding bowls. Available from TM Robotics, the industrial feeders can serve applications in a range of sectors, including automotive and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Bowl feeders — also referred to as circular vibratory or vibratory bowl feeders — are a traditional method of handling and sorting bulk products before manoeuvring them on to further processing machinery. The TAD range of vibrating and electromagnetic feeding bowls includes bespoke bowl feeding systems that are custom-made for clients in niche industries, or manufacturers with specific challenges.

Each feeding system is sector-specific, meeting demands such as the positioning of geometrically complex parts, gentle handling and high frequency rates. For example, TAD feeding systems for the food and beverage industry are designed to comply with all FDA regulations. Every bowl feeder in this range is made of AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel with mirror polished, electro-polished or projected polyurethane finishes, ensuring high levels of hygiene.

The TAD feeders expand TM Robotics’ existing range of peripheral manufacturing equipment, which includes soldering technology, machines and systems, as well as small conveyers.
