Stop chattering with RF 50 endmills

Stop chattering with RF 50 endmills

RF 50 variable flute carbide endmills are intended for high production milling.

These endmill designs incorporate either a variable helix or variable flute spacing design to reduce vibrations during the milling process, which in turn, can increase surface quality and reduce cycle times through the elimination of chatter.

The variable flute endmills use an unequal flute spacing to eliminate the harmonics that are developed with evenly spaced flute designs.

Available in standard length and stub length designs, these carbide endmills are manufactured from Guhring's resilient brand of DK400N ultra fine carbide and are less prone to chipping than competitive brands. All RF50 endmills are FIREX coated for added tool life.
