Small aqueous degreaser is is fast and powerful

The new MecWash Duo offers a combination of cleaning, rinsing and drying capabilities that is aid to deliver high performance and excellent value for money, into a highly compact, energy efficient unit. The unit measures 1,520 by 1,635 mm by 2,235 mm in height.

Both a complement to and a development of the company’s established Solo, the Duo features twin wash and rinse tanks allowing it to deliver both a high volume flood/immersion wash cycle and a powerful spray rinse stage.

It is this combination of wash, rinse and flood processes which enables the Duo to provide high levels of cleaning power and excellent flexibility, particularly in the context of its compact footprint and very competitive price. The design is said to achieve excellent levels of surface finishing and cleanliness for machined components – both metal and plastic.

Clean, dry parts are delivered within a cycle time of typically no more than 10 minutes with, as an additional benefit, baskets and fixtures cleaned at the same time.
