Simple solvent conversion for Blueseal enclosed cleaning system

  • Simple solvent conversion for Blueseal enclosed cleaning system
The Blueseal fully enclosed solvent cleaning system, from Layton Technologies, now allows simple conversion from chlorinated solvents, such as Trike or Perc, to alternative solvents.

The conversion is built into the design to allow a relatively simple switch over to less restricted solvents, like hydrocarbon or modified alcohol solvents.

Blueseal is a safe and environmentally compliant system that offers a hermetically sealed process, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum drying and enclosed solvent recovery, all within a standard package.

It provides the ultra-low emissions and solvent usage companies need, if they wish to continue component cleaning with proven and effective chlorinated solvents, such as perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene or hydrocarbon solvents.

In a wide variety of applications, cleaning with these solvents is seen as the only viable option, safely enclosing the process, with completely sealed solvent reprocessing, provides the cleaning performance and environmental compliance required under current regulations.
