Click Change turning insert toolholders reduce time wasted changing inserts

Stocdon is offering robust Click Change carbide insert cutter toolholders that allow inserts to be changed in seconds rather than minutes in a simple 'wrench-free' operation.

A further advantage of the Click Change toolholders is that the level of skill required to replace inserts is reduced, so over-tightening, misalignment, screw stripping and operator induced variability are avoided. Click Change, which developed and patented the insert holders, has also received reports that the greater rigidity achieved using the holders means that inserts last longer.
