PH-Cleantec’s mobile, low pressure cleaner range

  • PH-Cleantec’s mobile, low pressure cleaner range
PH-Cleantec's mobile, universal, low pressure cleaner range can be used for both component and machine cleaning. The units heat water or machine coolant to 90ºC within a minute, and work at an operating pressure from 3 to 7.5 bar.

The Cleantec 600SR and 1000SR Universal Hot Cleaners have been specifically developed as mobile units for cleaning components, while the SRK1000-AS has been developed for machine cleaning.

The 600SR mobile spray cleaner incorporates a fresh water tank and a bath that holds 30 and 25 litres, respectively. It has a spray water volume of 1 litre per minute at 4.5 bar and recycles the fluid, separating oil in its built-in sedimentation unit.

On the top of the 600SR is a 70 by 50 cm cleaning grid that can accommodate relatively large components whilst remaining compact enough to make the unit agile and mobile.

The 1000SR has a 90 by 60 cm cleaning bath. It incorporates a bath with a solid drip off grid and slosh baffle to eliminate any possibility of overspill or splashing. The unit has exchangeable spray nozzles and automatic pressure adjustment from 3 to 7.5 bar.

The 1000SR has a 1 to 1.8 litres per minute spray rate and incorporates a metering device for cleaning agent concentrate, used to increase the speed of cleaning. This unit has a 60, 5 and 30 litre, fresh water tank, detergent tank and bath, respectively. With its 8 m connecting cable, 5 m spray hose lance and 3 m hose pistol, it is suitably mobile for workshops .
