Large dimension presetter joins the specialists

The KALiMAT A/K for large dimensions is primarily intended for crankshaft manufacturing. The assembling, measuring and setting of multi-tooth side and face milling cutters can take several hours and can be the cause of long machine down times. With this presetter turn-turn-broaching tools, such as side and face milling cutters or crankshaft milling cutters with large diameters from 600 mm upwards, can be mounted and measured in a very simple way, manufacturing can then be well prepared, with fast accurate setting ready for your machine.

With this presetter the tool holder is mounted horizontally rather than vertically which considerably simplifies the handling of tools with large dimensions. The tool is held in the same mounting position as on the machine tool. The guard door protects the operator against injuries when working at the seated workplace.
