ITC’s Cyber Series end mills reach further

  • ITC’s Cyber Series end mills reach further
ITC's 2132 Cyber Series of two flute, extra long, PCD Ball Nose End Mills extends its range of cutting tools for the machining of abrasive materials such as graphite and metal matrix.

The extended 2132 range is available as an 8, 10 or 12 mm diameter cutter with an overall reach of 150 mm. The 8 mm cutter has a 40 mm reach whilst the 10 and 12 mm tools have an overall reach of 45 mm.

The solid carbide shank with necking for extra reach provides an extra dimension to machine shops producing difficult parts from abrasive materials.

This extra long series of ball nose cutters has been led by customer demand in the mould and die, aerospace and F1 industries for rigid, robust tooling for machining cavities and intricate components
