High tech chlorine-free neat cutting-fluids

Chlorine-free high tech Sulfol LCD neat cutting-fluids have excellent viscosity-temperature performance and extreme ageing stability, says Oelheld.

The low misting, Sulfol LCD cutting oil range is derived from solvent refined, low aromatic base oils and is ideal for use across a wide range of materials. Typical of the ferrous metals that Sulfol LCD can be used on are cast iron and light to medium machined steel alloys, while non-ferrous applications include aluminium and magnesium alloys.

The oils are said to have excellent cooling, lubricating and wetting properties to provide the user with extended tool life and the highest possible levels of component surface finish quality.
