High speed vapour degreaser

The Pero V1R high speed vapour degreasing machine from Kumi Solutions is the latest addition to Pero's advanced range of high performance aqueous and solvent based parts cleaning machines.

It is particularly suitable for manufacturers of turned, pressed or stamped components where floor space is at a premium. With cycle times of just 3½ -4 minutes, the new unit has been designed for high throughput and productivity. It also offers low power consumption and minimal solvent usage – typically 10 of litres per year – for low running costs and fast payback. It is hermetically sealed to provide 'near zero' emissions and complies with all current and forthcoming regulations, including 1999/13/EC and more stringent German 31 BImSchV and 2 BImSchV standards.
