Non-chlorinated heavy duty grinding oil suits aerospace sector

  • heavy duty grinding cutting oil coolant non chorinated aerospace
TRIM OG223 heavy duty metalworking oil grinds titanium as well as, or even better than, heavily chlorinated grinding oils.

The use of chlorinated oil with active sulphur additives is not an option in the aerospace sector, as it can compromise the life of the part.

Formulated as a medium to heavy-duty grinding oil, TRIM OG223 is ideal for grinding hardened steel alloys, stainless steels and inconels, as well as titanium. It can also be used to machine all materials, including yellow metals, in high pressure applications.

This low-odour product contains an excellent extreme-pressure additive package for efficient metal removal. Its hydrocracked base oil is responsible for a very high flash point and low misting characteristics. TRIM OG223 is low foaming, exhibits excellent oxidation stability and is fully compatible with copper containing alloys.

Designed to be used neat, TRIM OG223 is available in 204 litre drums, 1000 litre IBCs or in bulk quantities.
