Haas mill, drill, tap centre - MDC-500

The MDC-500 is a machining centre that provides high-speed drilling and tapping, as well as full milling capabilities.

It features dual 508 by 324 mm fixture stations that allow the operator to load and unload parts on one fixture while the machine mills, drills and taps parts on the other. Once machining is complete, a servo-powered, gear-drive indexer swaps the fixture stations in 4.7 seconds.

The MDC-500 has a work cube of 508 by 356 by 508 mm (x,y,z) and features a 7500 rpm (10,000 and 15,000 rpm optional) 40-taper spindle.
