Grinding oil from Master Chemicals

  • Grinding oil from Master Chemicals
Master Chemical Europe's TRIM OG108 is a neat grinding oil formulated to meet the requirements of all carbide and HSS tool grinding operations.

TRIM OG108 uses a highly refined hydro-cracked base oil, with a high flash point and very low levels of mist. The low viscosity oil provides good detergency, keeping grinding wheels clean and allowing chips to be flushed away from the process.

These properties, together with workpiece cooling, ensures minimal burning throughout the grinding process.

TRIM OG108 is chlorine and sulphur-free, water clear in appearance and is virtually odourless. It does not leach cobalt and has excellent oxidation stability, giving it a long and stable service life.

TRIM OG108 is available in 204 litre drums, 1,000 litre IBCs or in bulk quantities.

Master Chemical produces a Clean Tower mobile filtration system, which is able to purify TRIM OG108 down to three microns.
